After studying, and then practicing dentistry in Mexico City for six years, Eduardo Laventman joined DCA as an office manager. He quickly discovered how much he enjoyed the business side of dentistry, and focused on bringing more value to the table.
Twelve years later, Eduardo is the Vice President of DCA’s Orthodontics Division. He sees working with DCA as more than just a job. He believes he has been given an exceptional opportunity to grow. “People not used to a DSO don’t understand that it’s not just a dentist with some staff, but there’s an entire cast behind them.” For Eduardo, playing a leading role in coordinating that cast has turned into a highly rewarding career.
