Our process is simple and respectful of your time

We’ve been coordinating dental office sales, mergers, and affiliations for more than 30 years, which gives us invaluable insight into the dental practice transition process, and an understanding of the questions and concerns you will have.

How it works

Site visit scheduled and affiliation structure discussed.

Offer provided via Letter of Intent.
6.

Deeper review of your practice begins.

We begin drafting legal agreements and discussing the transition and/or integration of your staff.
8.

Finalize the affiliation.
