Dental Care Alliance (DCA) is exceptionally proud to announce that Dr. Sarah Balaster, Chief Dental Officer, Adult Specialty and Hygiene, and DCA Ally since 2017, has been named a 2023 Women in DSO Clinical Leadership Award Finalist.
The Women in DSO Leadership Award recognizes an individual clinical and business leader in the DSO industry each year. As leaders, these powerful women have made a marked difference across our industry, creating new pathways and empowering others to follow.
Dr. Sarah Balaster is an inspiring and demonstrated clinical leader who stands for identifying and removing barriers between patients and care.
Board Certified in periodontology and dental implant surgery, she strives to empower clinicians to improve both their patients’ lives and their clinical practice outcomes. Dr. Balaster continuously works to elevate dental hygiene, dentistry, and oral health care. She is committed to making a difference and truly leads by example in DCA’s newly established Adult Specialty division. She is a prolific scientific writer, speaker, and instructor; and she is a member of the American Academy of Periodontics, American Dental Association, and the Academy of Laser Dentistry.
The winner of the 2023 Clinical Leadership Award will be announced at the second Women in DSO Empower and Grow event on March 9, 2023.
