Sarasota, Fla. – Dental Care Alliance (DCA), a leading dental support organization, announces the affiliation of North East Dental Management (NEDM).
The combined company now supports approximately [NUMBER_OF_PRACTICES] affiliated dental practices across [NUMBER_OF_STATES] states, making it one of the largest multi-branded dental support organizations in the U.S. Harvest Partners, LP, a New York-based private equity firm, is the majority shareholder of DCA. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
