Dental Care Alliance (DCA) is pleased to welcome Sparkling Smiles, a two-doctor single location general practice located in Fayetteville, GA. Established in 1983 by Dr. Dave Lee, Dr. Lee continues to practice today with his daughter Dr. Lauren Polito.
Dr. Lee and Dr. Polito are dedicated to helping dental patients in Fayetteville maintain healthy and functional smiles. Not only do they provide judgment-free dental treatment, but they always take the time to hear their dentistry patients out and really understand their needs and worries. The practice prides itself on exceptional communication and world class customer service.
A driving core philosophy of the practice is to create long-lasting relationships with patients that is built on the foundation of maintaining good oral health. With their combined experience and their use of the latest technology and techniques in their field, the father daughter team is able to provide completely comprehensive top quality dental care for patients of all ages.

When patients visit Dr. Lee and Dr. Lauren Lee Polito, DMD, they experience a dental office that doesn’t quite feel like a dental office, even though it is. The entire office is exceptionally welcoming and truly cares about the wellbeing of every patient.
Dr. Lee graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the Medical College of Georgia. He has since been a graduate of the Foundation for Advanced Continuing Education, the LD Pankey Institute, Las Vegas Institute and Baylor University’s Continuum of Contemporary Esthetic Diagnosis and Treatment.
Dr. Polito earned her dental degree from the Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University. After practicing in Colorado, New Mexico and France, she decided to return to her hometown to be closer to family.
“With DCA as an ally, I can now focus on my patients’ care and also have more time for my family,” shared Dr. Polito.
This affiliation continues the rapid growth and momentum for the organization and expands DCA’s footprint in Georgia to 22 allied practices, and DCA’s total footprint to over 400 allied practices across the US.
