New Graduate Doctor Mentorship Program

Designed by dentists for dentists

DCA’s New Graduate Mentorship Program was designed to empower new dentists through mentorship, community, and the support that new graduates may not otherwise receive.

The Graduate Mentorship Program was piloted in the Pennsylvania region in 2018. The focus was on chairside mentoring, monthly peer support meetings, and continuing education courses. Based on the incredible success of that pilot, in 2021 the New Graduate Mentorship Program was rolled out company-wide.
