Dental Receptionist

Overview

State of the art Cosmetic Dental Center seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to become a part of our great team! You will accommodate patients, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.

Compensation for this position $21-$23 based on experience

Responsibilities

Register and assign rooms to guests as a Front Desk Receptionist
Confirm phone and online appointments as part of the receptionist duties
Respond to patients’ needs and requests with excellent customer service
Keep records of occupied treatment rooms and patients for efficient management
Communicate pertinent patient information to designated departments for seamless coordination

Qualifications

Previous experience in dental or medical customer service, medical or dental front desk service.
Ability to build rapport with guests
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
