Konikoff Dental is looking for a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team in our Battlefield office located at 684 North Battlefield Blvd, Suit A, Chesapeake, Virginia 2332 . Status: Hourly + Monthly Performance Bonuses

What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay: Base rate of $45 – $49 per hour, with unlimited earning potential exceeding $60 per hour.
• Sign on Bonus: $5,000
• Mon 8-6 Tues OFF Wed-Fri 8-5 One Saturday a month 8-12pm
• Average Patients Per Day: 8

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health assessments
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
• Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
• Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
• Certification in local anesthesia (if applicable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
