We give dentists the opportunity to learn on the job or take an established career to the next level. Recent grads can earn above average income, while receiving mentoring and support from experienced dentists and diverse specialists in over 400 supported practices. Established dentists can maintain their independence, while focusing on patient care, without the day-to-day distractions of running a practice.
You succeeded in school, now excel in your career. Our one-year mentoring program allows associates to grow to their full potential and continue over the many years ahead to become better, as quality doctors. New graduates are placed in an office with an experienced provider. Mentoring and support are offered through the first year of practice, and consists of chair-side coaching, monthly support meetings, and CE courses to foster an environment to increase the quality of dentistry.

The U-SMILE Foundation allows all DCA practices and support center staff to demonstrate meaningful support derived from our Mission, Vision, and Values by providing dental services for underserved populations, enabling dental education for financially challenged students, and providing direct support to our communities in need.
